Stucco leaks? It is expected stucco will crack and let water in behind it, so stucco is expected to leak. It is the job of lath, vapor barrier, flashings, etc.. to keep water from entering the wall.
When someone has a leak they call a roofer. If it is not the roof leaking many times the roofer will declare it's the stucco. While it could be the lath leaking it is usually a flashing or transition between the stucco and another component (window, scupper, etc.).
