A consultation can diagnose and offer possible solutions. Many companies even licensed contractors offer the wrong remedy leaving you paying $$$ to make the problem worse down the road. Many solutions do work short term then fail later.

These stucco blisters are a result of sulfate attack. When sulfate attack blisters or bubbles are broken open they will be filled with powder that is the broken down cement material.

These walls blistered and bubbled. Then a stucco contractor re-stuccoed them to solve the problem, costing thousands of dollars.

The home owner thought the problem was over. About 2-3 years later the re-stucco failed. This blistering and bubbling started happening all over all the walls!

When a blister is peeled open, the layers become visible. The original base coat and  colored elastomeric synthetic stucco finish coat, followed by the stucco re-coat of a thin gray 2nd base coat and the 2nd colored synthetic coat.

Most stucco plastering contractors do not know how to solve these issues.

A weak polymer chain in the chemistry allows initial elasticity to resist cracks. That chemistry also makes the synthetic stucco vulnerable to re-emulsify and blister and bubble.

Over time the initial crack resistance is lost and the stucco does crack allowing water in.

If you are having stucco problems call for a consultation, so this does not happen to you! Our owner was a stucco plastering contractor for 30 years.
